SHIPPING FOR THE SUNWARD HEATER

The Sunward Solar Hot Water System is shipped by truck (motor freight) directly from our Factory. Shipping charges vary depending upon the delivery option you choose and must be PREPAID at the time you place your order. All shipments require a street address. Customers outside the contiguous 48 United States must call for a delivery price.

DELIVERY OPTIONS

- Trucking Company Depot – Many people choose this option because we are able to ship to hundreds of truck terminals across the U.S. When we receive your order we will determine the trucking depot closest to you. Most will load your system into your vehicle (you’ll need to have a pickup truck or trailer).

- Business Delivery – This is a popular option because you don’t have to be present for the delivery. The business you select must have a loading and off-loading facility, must be open during normal business hours, and must have a forklift with extenders. We recommend you check with the business to be sure it is willing to accept delivery and to unload your system. Typical businesses used by our customers include feed stores, lumber yards, building supply centers, etc.

- Enhanced Home Delivery – The driver will assist you in unloading the heater and placing it on the ground. Someone must be available to accept delivery, and your driveway must be able to accommodate a tractor-trailer.

RETURN POLICY

The Sunward Solar Hot Water Heater may be returned up to 30 days from the original shipping date, or until the time that the Sunward Solar Hot Water Heater or any of its components are installed and/or activated. The original shipping price is non-refundable and return shipping charges will be deducted from the Sunward Solar Hot Water Heater purchase price.

Sunward Solar Hot Water Heater and/or components must be returned in their original packaging and arrive at Sunward in like-new condition. Sunward is not responsible for damages incurred during return shipping.  Sunward reserves the right to make appropriate deductions from any refund in the case that the Sunward Solar Hot Water Heater and/or its components are damaged during return shipping. Prior to returning any Sunward Solar Hot Water Heater or component(s), a Return Authorization must be obtained by calling Sunward Customer Service at 1.877.803.2480.
