Step 4: Final Connection
Final Connection |
A plumber should connect your system. But Sunward makes it so simple this should cost only $200-$300! A plumber will shut off your water system and make just two cuts into your existing lines to connect your Sunward System to your existing water heater.
Once your plumber fills the Heat Exchanger with glycol and connects the low voltage wiring, you’ll be making hot water in no time. These steps should take a professional no more than 3-4 hours. If you were to install the Collectors, place the Storage Tank and Exchanger in position, and run the Micro-Tubing — your total installation cost should be only $200-$300 for a plumber to connect the system.
Of course, you can do as much or as little as you want. Just give us a call. Sunward has certified installers in many parts of the country, and our installer network is growing rapidly.
