Sunward Solar Hot Water System - Installation Guidelines

Step 2 - Place the Storage Tank and Heat Exchanger in Position

Basic Steps:

• Bring these two components to your basement or utility room, as close as possible to your existing water heater or storage tank
• Connect Exchanger and Storage Tank with two stainless steel Flex Hoses
• Attach Solar Manifold to the top of the Storage Tank with two screw-on connectors





Tools Needed:

• 9/16" wrench/socket
• 5/8" wrench/socket
• Screwdriver

Estimated Time: 1 hour with a helper
